Hi. I'm usually on the cookbook, adding stuff, but I can also be found at Wikipedia, as Altonbrownisawesome. As you can see, I'm an avid Alton Brown fan. For those of you that believe all those guys that say acids in marinades supposedly tenderize meats, that's false. Tenderizers use enzymes like papain, not acids. Peace I know Alton Brown's address!
