Tundra Region

Tundra is the global biome that consist of treeless regions in the north and high mountains. A large community of plants and animals that occupies a distinct region. Terrestrial biomes, typically defined by their climate and dominant vegetation, include grassland, tundra, desert, tropical rainforest, and deciduous and coniferous forests.] that consist of treeless regions in the north and high mountains(alpine tundra).The vegetation of tundra is low growing, and consist mainly of sedge,grasses, dwarf shrubs, wild flowers, mosses and lichens. Artic tundra is located within the artic circle around the ice caps at the frozen North Pole.
