People always used to wonder what was the first book? well the first book was made a long long time and it's called "The Epic of Gilgamesh" this book was made in ancient Mesopotamia which is a long time ago is often cited as the first great composition, although some shorter compositions have survived that are even earlier (notably the Kesh Temple Hymn and “The Instructions of Shuruppak and most of the time will would think it's broken at least it's not. Gilgamesh was a real person the stone is not fully great, Gilgamesh is widely accepted as the historical 5th king of Uruk who reigned in the 26th century BCE. His influence is thought to have been so profound that myths of his divine status grew up around his deeds and finally culminated in the tales that inform The Epic of Gilgamesh. here was the idea of the book men and gods each have their place in a clearly-defined hierarchy. To overstep the bounds of that position is to be proud, something the gods punish harshly, even among themselves. Gilgamesh eventually dies of old age. As the god Enlil decreed, Gilgamesh fails in his pursuit of immortality, as his destiny is "to be the darkness and the light of mankind".
