This page is a companion to the OER textbook "How to be a journalist in the 21st century" (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0), written by Andre Gouws, lecturer in journalism, and students at North-West University, Potchefstroom, South Africa. Gouws created these resources as an open educational resources (OER) fellow at North-West University in 2021-2022. The accompanying textbook is aimed at undergraduate journalism students and anyone else who would like to learn some tools and tricks of journalism. The textbook is published under a CC Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license.
