The Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation provides the following electronic services:

  • appeals of citizens;
  • discussions;
  • directory;
  • excursions (virtual tour).

Appealing to the Federation Council[edit | edit source]

The Federation Council have e-service for appeals. The appeals of citizens can be sent without registration in the "Personal Account" through a special form, in which it must be specify:

  • Full name;
  • Sex;
  • E-mail address;
  • Region;
  • City;
  • Index;
  • Address;
  • Citizenship;
  • The name of the organization (if the appeal is sent from the organization);
  • Social status;
  • Preferential category;
  • Type of application: complaint, request for activity of state bodies, application, response, proposal;
  • The text of the appeal.
