Use and Options[edit source]
This template is intended for book pages to add a technical note. Readers who do not want a technical note can then choose to ignore it.
It is called for use as follows:

- background
- background color, default pale grey.
- cta
- content horizontal text alignment, default left.
- heading
- change the left-hand title
