Template:SUBJECTCATEGORY/doc

From Wikibooks, open books for an open world

This template generates the conventional name for the subject-category of the subject associated with the current page. This name is now Category:Subject:<name>, but historically was Category:<name>.

Simply place {{SUBJECTCATEGORY}} on a page to get the output.

Optionally specify a page as a parameter to see the output for a different page than the current one.

{{SUBJECTCATEGORY|<full pagename>}}

The subject-category name is derived from {{SUBJECTNAME}}.
