Syntax[edit source]
- use {{PermissionOTRS|ticket=https://secure.wikimedia.org/otrs/index.pl?Action=AgentTicketZoom&TicketID=000000}} when you know the URL of the OTRS ticket.
- use {{PermissionOTRS|id=0000000000000000}} when you only know the ID number.
When to use this template[edit source]
This template is used to identify the OTRS ticket associated with the permission of a particular file. See m:OTRS for more information.
