This template creates an article header in project Freistil. The parameters are:
- date = Date of the article
- title = headline
- note = translation of the headline, may be left out
- img = name of the image to be shown as a starter, e. g. "Euro banknotes.jpg", may be left out
- level = one of the following values: Beginner, Mediocre or Advanced, may be left out
