Template:Decrease-Increase-Steady/doc

This is combined usage for three related templates and their aliases:  

1. Use {{decrease}} (or {{loss}}) to indicate a decrease or loss.
2. Use {{increase}} (or {{gain}}) to indicate a increase or profit (gain).
3. Use {{Steady}} to graphically indicate a steady condition.
