The corporate tag sevens tournament took place in Broadbeach at the Broadbeach United Soccer Club grounds (22,500 m² of sports fields )(4) located on the corner of Chelsea Avenue and Surfers Parade. Team entry to the Reds Gold Coast Corporate Tags Sevens includes equipment for 10 players, food and beverages throughout the tournament, accommodation, transfers plus tickets to watch the professionals hit the field the next day at the Gold Coast Sevens – Fever Pitch tournament held at Skilled Park. The main provider of the jerseys and other clothing and accessories was KooGa, the rugby balls were provided by Gilbert. Catering which included entertainment, food, alcoholic drinks, and sports drinks was obtained through Events Queensland and Gatorade, with waste management through GC waste management. Signs and banners of the event were produced through Expanda Sign Australia and prizes were provided by the Queensland Reds rugby team, Events Queensland and Links; also Hope Island golf club. Jupiter’s Hotel & Casino provided room and board and the meeting place for registration of the event, where participants would check in and receive their game day packet and wristbands to the event. Shuttle Buses provided transportation to and from Jupiter’s Hotel & Casino and Broadbeach football club.
