The Air Cadets breaks training sessions down into levels:

Levels 1 and 2

Levels 3 and 4

Level 5

When a cadet reaches Proficiency Level 5, he or she will take part in supervised on-the-job training. During this phase of training the cadet will instruct other cadets, plan activities and learn administrative procedures
