Initiating a project creates the following products:
- Project Initiation Documentation
- Includes the following products (some of which are carried over and finalised from their initial forms that were created in the Starting Up a Project stage): Project Definition; Business Case; Role descriptions; Configuration Management Strategy; Risk Management Strategy; Communication Management Strategy; Project Plan.
- Risk Register
- Issue Register
- Quality Register
- Benefits Review Plan
- Configuration Item Records
- All of the preceeding products have a Configuration Item Record created for them. These live in the Configuration Library.
