Initiating a project creates the following products:

Project Initiation Documentation
Includes the following products (some of which are carried over and finalised from their initial forms that were created in the Starting Up a Project stage): Project Definition; Business Case; Role descriptions; Configuration Management Strategy; Risk Management Strategy; Communication Management Strategy; Project Plan.

Quality Register
Benefits Review Plan
Configuration Item Records
