Wall Run:

Wall run is a very important thing to learn in Parkour. It is not very difficult. First of all you have to build strength and stamina in your legs by doing different exercises such as squats, jumping jacks etc. Then you have to practice to make balance and remember not to slip on the wall or it would cause you severe injury which may end up your Parkour learning program.
