How to execute[edit | edit source]

  • Begin as you would a side vault, except with an overhand/underhand grip. Put the majority of your weight on the overhand hand. (Picture 1)
  • Launch yourself upwards and begin rotating in the direction of the overhand hand. Swing your legs up to the side to clear over the railing. (Picture 2)
  • Get your head around before your body completes rotating. (Picture 3)
  • Release the underhand hand, so that your body can come fully around and finish rotating a full 360 degrees. Fixate your eyes on the ground in front of you and land on the balls of your feet with your knees bent. (Picture 4 andPicture 5)
