This is the most difficult and most dangerous move in Parkour and Freeruning but this is the greatest move ever.
- Take a running steps.
- Your last step uses both feet.Put your arms in behind you.Synchronize this two before the takeoff.
- Dive over the obstacle together with tapping on it.Then,twist your body quickly in the midair in 360°.
- Make your body parallel to the obstacle as same as Double Kong.
- If your twisting rotation was about 270° or less,prepare for landing by bending your legs before the rotation is completed.
