This move is a series of sideflips(either 3,4 or more rotations).Double sideflip is considered only as Air Bomb if it performed in higher places.

  1. Look for a higher place.
  2. Do the running steps then jump sideways.
  3. Quickly tuck and do the multiple body rotations as you can during the midair.
  4. Since your angular momentum was very strong due to the faster rotations, quickly prepare for landing.Untuck before your last rotation would be completed then roll to reduce the force of your impact.
