To start development on the PSP, the PSP compiler, header files, libraries, and other (included) miscellaneous tools are needed. Few definite resources are online due to age which cover this process.
Included is a docs folder which provides short descriptions about functions, headers, object flow, and more in a meaningful, easy-to-access way. Searching through the include folder for header file's contents is a major problem the docs circumvent. This online version may be easier to read.
