This chapter discussed MOOC learner and learner support. It is apparent that there are a lot of things that MOOC providers need to prepare. Also, MOOC learners have to promote their self-autonomy and motivation to complete a MOOC. Only these two subjects successfully run in, MOOC could reach a new and higher stage. At that time, high-efficiency providers and learners will make the best use of the MOOC resources.

Moreover, researchers have invented some models for traditional distance education but not for MOOC. A unique model for MOOC is indeed needed to develop in the future study. An appropriate model could be a good connection between the learners and providers.
