The Revulsion Jinx is apparently used to force someone to let go of the spell caster. It apparently works with somewhat explosive force, as the one time we see it used, it is accompanied by a loud bang.

In Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Hermione says that she had to dislodge Yaxley with this jinx after he caught hold of her and traveled with the Trio to Grimmauld Place by side-along Apparition. We never hear the incantation if there is one, and the spell itself happens outside Harry's view, so we really know very little about this spell.
