I've only been to one Exploding Cinema event but it was excellent. Apparently they show EVERY film they're sent, which I find amazing because the films were some of the best I've seen for a long while. A thrilling mix of all sorts of films: from obscure and arty to comic and mainstream. They EC crew did a great job with the venue - they had loads of old 8mm projects setup all round the place playing loops of 70s porn and stuff!
