TNT explodes when set on fire, if you use flint and steel or a fire charge on it, if it gets hit by a flaming arrow, or is within the blast radius of another explosion. It can also be ignited with powered redstone.

This makes a block of TNT.
Nine TNT is found under the pressure plate in the secret room of Desert temples. Two are found in a secret room of some (not all) woodland mansions.
Notes[edit | edit source]
- TNT needs less time to explode if it was ignited by another explosion.
- TNT can be placed together to extend the explosion range (as TNT flies away if an explosion hits it), but cannot be used to destroy super-tough blocks, like obsidian, ancient debris, or bedrock.
