This part of the walkthrough will take you to the end of the game from the sixth Liberation Mission.

Nebula's Microservers[edit | edit source]

Head outside, where people are bickering in the streets.

Now, because of SoulNet, you won't get any access to any shops until the local microserver is cleared. Anyways, the local one is in TreeComp.

Now you get the obligatory email from Baryl or Chaud explaining your new Soul Unison. Anyways, head back to Higsby's Base, and talk to Baryl or Chaud.

Here's how it goes: each server will have one of your teammates where you have a fight. You will not be able to make use of any facilities (such as subchip dealers, Quiz Battles, etc.) in the server's area until after that teammate is defeated. There are three servers remaining (you don't have to fight ToadMan again).

OK, so ShadowMan and GyroMan were actually immune, and only pretended to be under control... anyways, the phone will ring when you are done all three.

Now you can use the shops and facilities fine. Head to Undernet 4, where Dark Colonel once stood.

Well, head back home and rest. But before you can make it to your room...

Origins of SoulNet[edit | edit source]

Now the obligatory email on how to use ColonelSoul or ProtoSoul. Anyways, jack in, and head to SciLab 3. Recall where the item panel was for the second barrier key, and head there.

Head inside.

Well, get some rest. Tomorrow's a long day ahead...

Journey to the Center of the Nebula[edit | edit source]

The next day...

Talk to Haruka before leaving.

Head outside, and meet the rest of your team. Talk to Baryl for another cutscene.

Make your way around the back entrance, which is the right turnoff before front entrance. Where the gang is, head in the direction they are looking. Head inside, and there will be another cutscene.

Head for your designated door.

Go along the line to a barrier.

The Fall of Team Colonel and Team ProtoMan[edit | edit source]

In these FactoryComp levels, you will have to watch out and avoid DarkChip factory waste, which will deal some damage to your navi (the amount of damage depends on the navi you are using, with 20 done to MegaMan). Also, you will need to be controlling MegaMan to use the menu (this means you can only use your SubChips on MegaMan). Also, only MegaMan can collect HPMemory powerups that may be in this area.

The key idea of these levels is that you will need a specific Navi to pass a barrier and press a specially-colored switch. Only MegaMan can press the blue switches, and for FactoryComp 1, a purple switch means it's to be used by KnightMan, and a red switch means it's for MagnetMan. These switches will open a certain door of the same color, allowing the other navis to pass.

FactoryComp 1 will have KnightMan, who will break down the gun batteries with his KingdomCrusher, at 700 HP. KnightMan will only take 10 damage from the DarkChip waste.

First action goes to KnightMan. Head to the right, and take the bottom path to the first switch. Switch to MegaMan. Take the conveyor belt, and then the left path to the blue switch. Back to KnightMan. Go through the path opened by MegaMan to the right side of the long conveyor belt, and onto the next switch. Back to MegaMan, who should take the second long conveyor. Take the right path, and follow it all the way to the end for a switch. Now to KnightMan. Head through the newly-opened path (so that KnightMan will be able to get to MegaMan), and go back on his path to the left part of the conveyor. Follow the path to another switch. Finally, MegaMan should proceed to face none other than BlizzardMan.

You should console Pride about the loss of her Navi.

Continue up to level 2 of the FactoryHall, and re-enter the factory. Continue to a barrier.

ShadowMan, with 500HP, will get past the Dark Cloud barriers (similar to those used in Scenario 2) with his WaterBug and Muramasa attacks. His switches will be purple. Likewise, GyroMan will bomb the DarkChip behind the cloud, but his switches will be yellow.

The first action goes to ShadowMan. Head right, and take a left. Continue in a rightward direction, you will see the first cloud, and the first switch beyond it. Now to MegaMan. Take the first conveyor, then take the left and head towards the switch in a leftwards direction. Then, take ShadowMan back to his starting point, and continue left to the second switch. Now, get MegaMan through the second set of conveyors, and the third. Take a right, and continue on to the end, where you take a left. Continue along that path to reach the switch. Now, have ShadowMan go through the door that MegaMan went through, and down the ramp. Go in the same direction as MegaMan, but this time where there is a turnoff heading up a ramp, go up for the next switch. With MegaMan, go back to the main set of conveyors, and take the left turnoff. Take the conveyor right to ShadeMan.

Continue up the factory to the third level, but a barrier prevents you from getting back in...

The teal switches belong to TomahawkMan, while NumberMan and SearchMan take the green ones. NapalmMan will have the purple switches. The electronic locks will have to be broken by NumberMan and SearchMan, while NapalmMan's Napalm and TomahawkMan's TomahawkSwing will take care of wooden doors.

TomahawkMan will have 500HP, while NumberMan will have 450HP.

First action to TomahawkMan. Head right, and slice the first door. Go right, through the second door, and onto the switch. Now, NumberMan should disable the electronic lock straight ahead. Go through the conveyor belt, and crack the second lock. Continue on the path, break the third lock, and hit the switch. Now, have MegaMan go through the conveyor, and turn right. Take the third turnoff, and head right to the next switch. Now, have TomahawkMan go through the newly-opened path, through the second set of conveyors, and along a straight path to the switch. Now to MegaMan. Head through the second set of conveyors and turn left to go through a third set of conveyors. Turn left, and hit the switch. This should allow both TomahawkMan and NumberMan to continue. Now, for TomahawkMan, take the opened turnoff, head straight, and onto the switch. With NumberMan, head right, and onto another switch. Now to MegaMan. Take the conveyor that's opened up, and proceed straight to CloudMan.

Proceed inside, where you will find another panel.

Purple switches are Colonel's, red ones ProtoMan's, green ones ToadMan's, and pink ones Meddy's. Colonel and ProtoMan destroy the large floating doors, while the flame doors are taken care of with ToadMan or Meddy. Colonel will have 600 HP, while ToadMan will have 400.

First, with Colonel, head out, don't take the ramp, and go all the way to the end. Turn left, and take his door. Then, have ToadMan go out, and head right towards the newly-opened switch. Then, have Colonel move out and around, onto another switch on his side. Then, have ToadMan take the conveyor straight to the next switch. Then, have MegaMan go through the first and second sets of conveyor belts. Now to Colonel. Go up the ramp and onto the other side. Continue along, hugging the left side, until you reach another switch. Now to ToadMan. Take the ramp onto the left side, and hit the switch next to Colonel's first switch. Now have MegaMan take the third set of conveyors, which will lead you to a switch. Have Colonel get to MegaMan's location, and then continue and take a left onto a switch. With ToadMan, get to MegaMan's location, and then continue and take a right onto a switch. Then have MegaMan walk straight ahead to face CosmoMan.

The Soul Survivor[edit | edit source]

Head forward to NebulaControl.

Jack into ExperimentServerComp (the third glass case). There, you will find a NormalNavi lying on the ground.

Jack out, and check the second case.

Remember to grab the stolen PETs from the left display case too.

Save here, as you won't be able to save once you enter. When you enter, there will be a long cutscene.

You have arrived at SoulServerComp. MegaMan, of course, will be unable to jack out. Go along the path to a square for a cutscene.

Continue to a large square, where you will face the game's final boss...

This is what many hours of effort has resulted. Fight, MegaMan, for everlasting peace!

After the credits roll, there is one final cutscene.

But even though the last boss is beaten, though, there's still more to the game...
