Why I can't find certain document to be imported to my new document like invoice or PO?[edit | edit source]

In general, you only can import document which is either send or print. Send will work when there is an email send to the particular customer and print is for to confirm that there are physical copies which we expect the user to fax or ship to them. Most of the time, the user decide to save (a.k.a DRAFT) for later viewing but not yet send/print to the customer/vendor for viewing. Due to this, we will not allow any document under DRAFT to be imported to another document.

If I have do a mistake enter some of the data after sending to the customer, can I still change the content?[edit | edit source]

Yes. Just reject and enter the reason. After that, you will be able to edit the document again.

How do I set my printing excluding the url?[edit | edit source]

Go to the File \ Page Setup item on the menu, and then select the Margins & Header/Footer tab in the dialog. Change everything in header and footer as "--blank--"

Why there are no print out?[edit | edit source]

Please make sure your browser have disable its pop up. Please refer to below

  2. Go to Content Tab
  3. If pop-up blocker is tick, click on "Exception"
  4. Add "" into the list
