About Isoba

Isoba is an a priori constructed language created by a native speaker of Beijing Mandarin and General American English. It is designed to be moderately easy to learn.

Isoba is characterized by a moderately high degree of apophony; vowel gradation and changes in stress, tone, and pharyngealization are used for grammatical inflection. Isoba uses a unique morphosyntactic alignment that combines elements of Austronesian and active-stative alignment.
