Defining Terrorism[edit | edit source]

"The usage of terror to get a point across or to advocate something or other."

Elements of terrorism:

       - (threat) illegal violence
       - for political goals
       - non conventional methods
       - unpersonal violence (mainly directed against people who aren't involved)
       - creating fear to achieve goals

Categories of Terrorism and Terrorist Groups[edit | edit source]

Anti-Nationalist[edit | edit source]

Anti-nationalism is the idea that nationalism is undesirable or even dangerous in one form or another, and sometimes, though less often, the idea that all nationalism is dangerous and unfavourable in all cases. Anti-nationalism is, to varying degrees, the antithesis of nationalism.
