- Although an essay of a Universal “MultiValue” meter stamp is known from 1953, the earliest stamp seen from an installed machine is dated 1965.

3. Francotyp “Taxograph” (MV). [$10]
- Post Office stamp.
- Rectangular frank at left with town name “ASUNCION” at top and “PARAGUAY” at bottom.
- Rectangular date mark at right with “AEROPOSTAL” at top.
- M# vertical breaks left frame line of frank.
- Large, narrow “R” breaks right frame line of date mark with registration number between date mark and frank.
- One seen, M# 225.

4. Pitney Bowes “5000” series (MV). [Appears to be extremely rare]
- Open design without external frame lines.
- “REPUBLICA del PARAGUAY” at top above the seal of the country at left and the value box at right.
- “FRANQUEO PAGADO” at top of value box with column of small stars at right.
- "PERMISO No002 at bottom center.
