- All stamps show “LIBAN” in the frank.
- The stamps are grouped according to usage:
- A - Stamps for general commercial use
- PO - Stamps generated only by machines in Post Offices
NOTE: Catalog values are not provided for this country. Demand is light, and little supply data exists.

- Upright frank with simulated perforation outer border.
- Cedar tree at top flanked by country name in French at left and Arabic at right.
- Bilingual value figures with Arabic above Western numerals.
- M# with “P.B.” prefix.

PO1. Frama (digital), 1993. [Appears to be quite scarce]
- Printed in rose-pink on adhesive label.
- Rectangular, simulated-perforation outer frame with date at left and value figures at right.
- The Post Office name (BEYROUTH: A...) is in Arabic above the date and in English below the date.
- The country name is above the value figures, and "LIVRES/POSTES" is below the value figures.
- One machine was used for an unknown amount of time in the post office of the international airport serving Beirut.
