[edit | edit source]- A dependency of Great Britain, meter stamps inscribed “ISLE OF MAN” first appeared in 1973.
- All franks are inscribed “ISLE OF MAN” at the top.
- The stamps are grouped according to appearance:
- A - Straight-line border, shields in lower corners
- B - Simulated perforation border, crest at lower left
- PO – Digital frank generated by Post Office machines

- White tape with preprinted design of Isle of Man coat of arms repeating along left side.
- At right is a field of yellow with "ISLE OF MAN" above "POST OFFICE" repeating in white.
- Point-of-sale data applied in black above the yellow area. It includes the time and date at top followed by the postage value, "POSTAGE PAID", town name, and "Isle of Man". At far right is a vertical bar code.
