Anguilla

This country was a part of the British Federation of SAINT CHRISTOPHER-NEVIS-ANGUILLA until 1967 when it became a separate dependency under direct British control (formally recognised in 1980). The first meter inscribed ANGUILLA appeared in 1985. See SAINT KITTS AND NEVIS for issues prior to 1989.
