In Paper 2 of the external assessment, a list of twenty-one questions is given, three questions for each of the four options. Higher level candidates are to pick two questions, each from a different option, and they are allotted two hours to respond to both questions. Standard level candidates are to pick one question, and they are allotted one hour to answer the question. For both levels, Paper 2 represents 25% of the candidate's final Psychology grade.
