[edit | edit source]Two surveys were conducted (online retailing company Amazon and online banking division [OBD]), to ensure adequate levels of reliability, convergent validity, discriminant validity, and nomological validity for a trust scale. Familiarity and willingness to transact were used to test nomological validity of the trust model.
