Interorganizational altruism (alpha = 0.702)[edit | edit source]

Description[edit | edit source]

A scale for measuring interorganizational citizenship behaviors (ICBs) is developed. Four common ICBs are operationalized: interorganizational altruism, interorganizational tolerance, interorganizational loyalty, and interorganizational compliance.

Items[edit | edit source]

  • We go out of our way to help our supplier with business related issues if we sense that they are in need.
  • We provide assistance to our supplier if they ever have a problem in an area where we have expertise.
  • We sometimes volunteer our resources in order to lighten our supplier’s workload.
