Set grading levels[edit | edit source]

You can set the grading levels in Fedena and have all examination and test results graded based on this. Fedena ships with default grades and scoring bands, you can change these or add new ones to suit your institution. The grading level can either be common across all courses or be specific to a particular course.

Exam Management[edit | edit source]

You can schedule examinations by specifying the exams for courses. Choose the course from the drop down list and click "New". Provide a meaningful name for the examination typical exams could be "Half-Yearly", "Annual", "Semester 1" etc. Choose the grading mechanism that you wish to use from the drop down, the available options are Marks, Grades, Marks and Grades. Provide the minimum passing score and the maximum score and save your changes.
Once you have created the exam group you should now create the subjects that students should test for. From the list of exam groups click the exa group for which you need to create the subjects. You can specify the start and end times for the subject and the minimum passing score and the maximum score.
Once you create the exam schedule you can publish it by visiting the exam group list.
Once the examination is over you can enter the results. From the exam Groups listing click on the group name whose results you would to publish. A list of subjects is displayed. Click the subject for which you would like to enter the marks Fedena will display a list of students with a provision to enter their marks and any remarks. You can then publish these results from by going to the exam groups list and clicking "Publish Result"

In case you want a particular set of students to take a specific examination or test you can create those examination or tests here.

Exam Wise report[edit | edit source]

Fedena allows you to publish the performance report of the various students. You can also view a consolidated report. You can then generate a PDF version of this performance report and file it.

Subject wise report[edit | edit source]

You can generate a subject wise performance report of all students in a particular subject. You can then generate a PDF version of this performance report and file it.

Grouped Exam report[edit | edit source]
