When customers have problems with the enterprise's products or services, they call to help desk for assistance. Sometimes there is a charge for this in which case, it is handled by Service Management. Otherwise, it is handled by Help Desk. The Help Desk module has a table containing known problems and their resolutions. Only large ERP packages have a Help Desk module.
