Digital Integrated Circuits

Digital integrated circuits represent the practical side of digital electronics - digital functions are constructed using analogue technologies such as doped silicon. This complicates the previously neat digital technologies that are divorced from the real world. This book deals with the design of digital integrated circuits, their manufacture and techniques to optimise performance. The book is being organized such that it will be useful for people who know 'what is MOS' and nothing more. Fabrication section is not important for people who wants to learn design.
