wxD is a D language graphical user interface wrapping (or binding) of the wxWidgets cross-platform graphical toolkit
wxD is licensed under the "wxWidgets License" which is LGPL, but with a special exception to allow distribution of statically-linked binaries on the user's own terms. This allows wxWidgets to be used in proprietary products without having to dynamically link.
