Turkey and Potato Stew | |

- Cooked turkey
- Potatoes, peeled, sliced, and rinsed
- Carrots, diced
- Green beans
- Paprika
- Black pepper
- Starch
- Onions, sliced
- Seasoning cubes
- Salt
- Bell pepper, chopped
- Parsley leaf
Procedure[edit | edit source]
- Combine the turkey and potatoes in a pot. Cover with water, and cook for a few minutes until softened.
- Add the diced carrots, green beans, paprika, black pepper, and starch. Stir and cook for two minutes.
- Stir in your sliced onions, seasoning cubes, and salt to taste.
- Stir in your chopped bell pepper, and cook for a few minutes.
- Stir in the parsley, and remove from the heat.
- Serve.
