- 1 L fresh tomato juice
- 150 g onions
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried ginger powder
- 3 tsp finely grated fresh ginger root
- 3 tsp stem ginger in sugar syrup
- 1 tsp chopped parsley
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 sprig thyme
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 large carrot
