Milagai Podi is a mixture of crushed spices used as a condiment in Tamil cuisine. The mixture can be used dry or mixed with ghee or oil. It's great served with hot idlis or dosais.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 2 spoons red chili powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch ground turmeric
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 3 spoons ghee, melted
Procedure[edit | edit source]
- Mix all ingredients
- Let sit 3 minutes.
