- 1 container (4.5 oz) hickory smoke-flavored albacore tuna
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- Juice of 1 lemon wedge
- 4 slices white bread
- 2 slices smoked mozzarella cheese
Procedure[edit | edit source]
- Combine tuna, melted butter, and lemon juice.
- Spread some of the tuna mixture on each slice of bread. Top with cheese.
- Broil until the cheese is melted.
