Procedure[edit | edit source]

  1. Prepare the gnocchi as per the package instructions, and drain.
  2. Finely dice the sun-dried tomatoes.
  3. Add the sun-dried tomato oil to a pan and heat.
  4. Fry the minced garlic in the oil for 2 minutes.
  5. Add the diced sun-dried tomatoes, gnocchi, and fresh basil, and stir until the basil has wilted.
  6. Add the pine nuts, toss, and serve.
