Ogbono, also called African mango or wild mango, is the fruit of Irvingia gabonensis. Both the fruit and the seeds are edible.

The fruit can be eaten fresh or processed into jellies, jams, and juices. The seeds, also called dika nuts, can be eaten raw or roasted. They are often pounded or processed into oil.
