One variety of swallow in Nigeria is that made of wheat flour. It is served with various soups and stews, such as ẹgusi, okro, or ogbono soups.

- Water
- Wheat flour
Procedure[edit | edit source]
- Put water in a pot, and bring it to a boil.
- Gradually stir in the flour, mixing until the mixture is thick and lump-free.
- Add a small amount of water, and cook for few minutes.
- Serve with the soup of your choice.
