Nigerian liver sauce is a very simple and affordable dish to prepare for every lover of liver.

Procedure[edit | edit source]

  1. Cut the liver into small cubes, and place it in a pot with some chopped onion and stock cube. Cover with water, and boil for about 5 minutes. Do not overcook, or the liver will taste bitter.
  2. Heat a thin layer of vegetable oil in a pot. Add some chopped onion and bell peppers, and fry until softened.
  3. Season the mixture with a stock cube, and cook for about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the cooked liver, and cook for about another 3 minutes. Taste and adjust the seasonings as needed.
  5. Serve hot.
