- 4 English muffins
- 1 cup pizza sauce (store-bought)
- 1 package pepperoni
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
Procedure[edit | edit source]
- Slice English muffins in half.
- Spoon 1 tbsp pizza sauce on each English muffin half and spread evenly.
- Place 4 pepperoni slices on each English muffin half.
- Cover each mini pizza with ¼ cup mozzarella cheese.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes/
- Let cool then eat.
