Milagai Podi is a mixture of crushed spices used as a condiment in Tamil cuisine. The mixture can be used dry or mixed with ghee or oil.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- Two spoons of red chili powder
- A pinch of salt and turmeric
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 3 spoons of ghee, melted
Procedure[edit | edit source]
- Mix all ingredients
- Let sit 3 minutes.
