A simple salty dish with onions and pasta.

Procedure[edit | edit source]

  1. Cook pasta until tender
  2. Oil your pan, should be on medium heat
  3. Add chopped onions and minced garlic to pan
  4. Cook garlic and onions until transparent and browning
  5. Add pasta to pan
  6. Add more oil to pan
  7. Add salt to pan
  8. Cook pasta, stirring regularly, until it begins to brown
  9. Add extra salt as needed
  10. Let it cool and serve

  • This dish is supposed to be salty and oily. Feel free to go a little crazy

Warnings[edit | edit source]

  • You must stir regularly, otherwise some pasta will burn and other pasta won't brown
