A simple salty dish with onions and pasta.

Procedure[edit | edit source]
- Cook pasta until tender
- Oil your pan, should be on medium heat
- Add chopped onions and minced garlic to pan
- Cook garlic and onions until transparent and browning
- Add pasta to pan
- Add more oil to pan
- Add salt to pan
- Cook pasta, stirring regularly, until it begins to brown
- Add extra salt as needed
- Let it cool and serve

- This dish is supposed to be salty and oily. Feel free to go a little crazy
Warnings[edit | edit source]
- You must stir regularly, otherwise some pasta will burn and other pasta won't brown
