Euneojuk is a Korean traditional food. In English, it can be translated as sweetfish porridge.

Ingredients[edit | edit source]

  • sweetfish 200 g
  • rice 180 g
  • water parsley 50 g, crown daisy 30 g, green chili 30 g, sesame leaf 10 g
  • water 2 L
  • vinegar, doenjang, gochujang

Procedure[edit | edit source]

  1. Remove viscera and wash fish well in cold water
  2. Soak rice in water
  3. Make dough
  4. Cut green chilli, sesame leaves
  5. Boil doenjang, gochujang, ginger
  6. Boil water parsley, crown daisy, green chilli, sesame leaf
