• Meat drippings
• Boiled potatoes, cold and sliced
• Salt
• Pepper

Procedure

1. Heat some drippings in a frying pan.
2. Add the sliced potatoes, and season with a little salt and pepper.
3. Cook the potatoes until quite hot.
4. Serve.
